Grief comes in many forms. It is not just the loss of a loved one, someone close to you, or a pet, but grieving the past, lost relationships and friendships, the person you were, the way things were. It is okay to acknowledge these things and healthy to move through them. Accept, process, release. It takes time so give yourself that space.
