Herb - Cramp Bark

We carefully gather our cramp bark from the wild, using sustainable methods that do not harm the plant. This ingredient is a key component in several of our medicinal teas, which are specifically formulated to help alleviate menstrual cramps and muscle spasms, as the name suggests. You can brew it in a tea or use it for rituals and spells.

Sizing info: All of our herbs are sold by the teaspoon, in a decorative bottle, or in a small 2x3 baggie. We do not sell by grams or oz as weight varies based on density (ie roots weigh more than dried herb) and we want to ensure you know EXACTLY the amount you are getting. A teaspoon is all you need for a single cup of tea. Most magic users only want or need a small quantity for a single spell or ritual, which is why we offer small teaspoon-sized quantities.
