This tea may help with sleeping problems like insomnia, this natural tea will send you to dreamless sleep, waking up feeling refreshed and without a sleep hangover. 

*NOTE* this tea contains Valerian, which some people have adverse reactions to. It has similar effects as cannabis does on some people: the opposite of relaxing, anxiety-inducing, heart racing, etc. 

Herbs used: Lemon Balm, Hops, Valerian, Chamomile, Passion flower,  Vervain, Catnip.
