Sage is an abundant and widely used plant for its culinary spice as well as its use for smudging/cleansing in the witch culture. But did you know it may be medicinal too? 

Sage is a powerhouse herb with its most common traditional use as being a possible memory stimulant as well as antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. 

In tincture form, it may be used not only for a memory boost, but as an antibacterial mouthwash to alleviate bad breath due to bacteria from gum disease. It is also drying and may decrease saliva and sweating due to peri-menopause. It is amazing as a gargle which may help with sore throats we use it with a little immune-boosting elderberry in water for a true winner. 

It may also be good for treating bloating and heartburn.
